Can anyone please help me answer this?

It's been almost 3 years since my divorce and CS was set. AL DHR handles the CS part of it.  Will my CS be automatically reevaluated and a court date set or does it rest on Dad and me to initiate things?

If you don't like something, change it. If you can't change it, change your attitude.

DHR here in Colorado and in Iowa, the two states I have dealt with the most stipulate that CS requirements "MAY" be reviewed once every three years.....it has been awhile, but I do not recall an automatic review taking place.  It was always instigated by the ex claiming a significant change in circumstances.

My guess is that if you want a review, you will have to initiate....if you don't want a review, I'd just keep my mouth shut.

Not sure that helps, but is as good as I've got on this one.

LAL is right. Nothing will happen unless and until Mom or Dad takes the initiative.
