Is it possible for me to keep our home and home equity after the divorce (Georgia residence - this thread clearly reads "Alabama")? Both our names is on the deed. Also, he lives with his mother, don't have a car but has a job. Would I have to split monies that I have saved (checking, money market, CD)? All accounts have only my name on them. Our 30 day status conference was scheduled for today but was cancelled due to the fact that he is seeking counsel- I wonder how long all of this is going to take??  Thanks in advance for responding- Best, Dee
