Help... if ex filed divorce in one county and divorce was final in that county in Alabama, and she moves. Do we have to continue to use that county's Judaical system for .. let's say contempt charges?  I was not living in the county that she applied for the divorce in at the time that the divorce was file or was made final.  Now she has moved out of that county and living in another county.  She has changed the visitation schedule which I have sent repeated letters stating that I do not agree with the changes.  She counters that if I want to see my daughter I will be there when and where she says.   I want to file for contempt, but do not want to go back to the circuit court system that she had applied for the divorce in.  What to do... what to do...

On top of that she has not allowed me to see my child since the end of February because of her changing the visitation schedule that does not comply with our signed decree.  I miss my daughter......

I've blogged about this. You'll find it at http://divorceinfo.com/blog/?p=270. My guess based on the facts you describe is that venue lies in the original county.
