Can anyone tell me where i can download or at least look at this case to determine the expense to be incurred for college expense?

You're asking about Ex parte Bayliss, 550 So. 2d 986 (Ala. 1989). You should be able to read it at any law library in Alabama and any good law library in America. If you're searching for definitive guidance in the Bayliss case, however, my guess is that you'll be disappointed. To have a definitive understanding of the current law on post-minority college support, you'll probably want to read the many cases that have come since Bayliss and have fleshed it out.
