My wife moved into my house after we were married.
We have been married for 5 years, but not it looks like divorce is unavoidable.
My questions is... Would there be any circumstance that she could possible take my house from me?

there is a lot of information needed to even start to try to help you find the answer.
is her name on the deed or mortgage?
did she contribute money to the upkeep of the home?
what state are you in?
did you have a pre-nup?
etc. etc. etc.
you should really consult an attorney for the specifics of your case. there are probably some instance where she could, but we have no way of knowing that, esp from the limited information you gave us.

They're getting pretty crafty....although I guess even a spammer *could* have marital problems. Still I think I'd leave off the ads....

Who, then, can so softly bind up the wound of another as he,
who has felt the same wound himself?

I just thought it was a good question and others might benefit from knowing they would need to give more information to even hope to get an informed answer.
see, if they said
bought my house 10 years ago, married for 3 years, no kids, she left me for another man, can she take my house - I live in South Dakota
then people could give them a better answer.
