  next week I paint, this week the frozen busted pipes are almost fixed!!  The faucet in the kitchen is replaced, the washer is now running and the dryer is hooked up... firewood will be delivered tomorrow while I am gone and 'GOD'  is reallly really good and patient with me..   also the flooded floor is dry and the leaks are 'a OK' 


Good news II  I did get a call from the Battlefield about a sandblasting job that I really want and my son is helping me figure out how to get the portable equipment that I need !!  Ya ba daba DO"

All 3 hold meaning for me...lot's of yucky stuff on my work front too....I'm stilll working right now so a 12 hour day for me  . Struggling to make a major career decision right now...3 offers to consider, potential big changes... no clear answers in my heart or mind yet, I'm feeling conflicted, confused and bitchy...trying to keep it all under check...and keep my own counsel. Really need a shoulder tonight but my dear sweet S left yesterday for a week in the southern sun and heat.....grrrrr.... but I won't complain too loudly since we got back just 2 weeks ago from a week of sun, sand, sea and romantic nights Yeah time for me to let go of some final bits too so I can get on with life.... Sparkly thing looking for a place to shine...sitting in a tiny blue box in a pocket...just my size.

So is the renter still living in the house?? Can't you get them out? Sounds like they practically destroyed your house! Anyway good news about the sandblasting job...whatever that is?? Is it related to your artwork?

I rented to a friend real cheap and yeppers she got overwhelmed and lost it big time..  Needed a lot of TLC anyway so now's the time to fix r up !!  I've been trying to move her out and decided to move in and maybe push her out.  The smokin is killing me literally aaahhggg...  Next week I paint and no smoking in the house and all her unpacked stuff, which is all her stuff after six going on 7 months.. is still piled everywhere including the hallway.. every paintable room in the house has been ripped apart and partway painted and I mean partway... I really think this place is just tooo much for her.. it would be for anybody that isn't crazy!!   

I like this lady just can't tolerate her as a roomie ...   I found some Indian rugs that I love and I'm going to put two printed ones together to cover the middle of the living room.  Gorgeous, black with tan, gold, cream contrasts.  I'm doing the living room in those colors with the logs and I have a new drawing I'm crying and dying to do... it's a beautiful owl swooping in for a landing... I'm going to leave it with the blue sky behind him and frame it in the colors that are in the rug.  I think a really dark ebony will be gorgeous !!  can't wait to get started next week !!  of course it'll take me some time and that's time I'm outta trouble
