odyssey says "Think good thoughts"

Just finished reading The Power of Habit: Why We Do What We Do in Life and Business by Charles Duhigg.

It is a very interesting read (and the audible version is also good). It sure would have helped me much earlier in my journey - from my present standpoint it is a bit deja vu. Has anyone here read this? It offered many ways to see where you are and how to change your habits to get to where you want to go. I could have used it when I felt so stuck, yet I am glad to read it now.

Without even realizing it, I became aware of how for the last 5 years just how many of my habits I have changed. I divorced in May '07. My life today is dramatically better, I am happier than I have ever been. I rarely look back, but every time I do I realize how great my life is today and how lousy it was when I was married. I have changed my habits to change everything about my world and how I live in it - the result is a far different and much better living. Cool stuff.

Anybody else have a recommendation to read?

Someone recommended to me the book It's Called a Break Up Because it's Broken. I'm trying to get it from the library. I was told by others going through divorce that it deals with a lot of big issues with a lot of humor. Once I actually get it, I can give a review!

I just read

Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway. by Susan Jeffers I think. it's a good book, talks a lot about positive thinking, but also about facing what you are afraid of and getting through it. Talks about work situations and personal relationships. is pretty good.
