what can be done if your ex comes in to your house and takes your property that was given in the divorce agrement such as a car and mircrowave oven and a carpet cleaner and your pictures

I think it depends on how bad you want them back. Many times people are awarded things in the divorce that are not in their possession at the time. Then they are ordered to give those things to the other party. It may be as simple as having your lawyer send your ex a letter requesting the return of your property. It may be as messy as having a police officer go with you to retreive them (once the divorce is final and your lawyer has sent a letter) or a judge ordering your ex to pay you for the items.

Regardless - CHANGE THE LOCKS and get some deadbolts!!! It's a bit expensive, but peace of mind is priceless.

And something to think about... if your divorce is just about finished... pending the judge signing it- is the stuff you want back REAAAALLY worth stopping the divorce to go back to the judge on?
