Georgia Child Support Changes Still Alive

The Georgia Senate will reconsider today a bill to overhaul drastically the calculation of child support in Georgia. Here’s an article about it in the Henry County Herald.

You’ve already read about the changes here and here. Basically they change Georgia’s child support calculation model to the income shares model used by most other states, and they would call for child support to be adjusted based on the amount of time the children spend with each parent.
