Pregancy Doesn’t Bar Divorce – Washington

You’re already read here about the proposed legislation in Washington state to permit divorce even when one of the spouses is pregnant. The bill passed the Senate yesterday after it had already been approved byt he House. It now goes to Governor Christine Gregoire for signature.
